Effective date: 26 August 2026
This policy explains what personal information Solomon Advertising collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to describe the site as it actually works rather than list everything a website might conceivably do.
Who we are
Solomon Advertising is a fractional affiliate program management agency. For any question about this policy or about information we hold, contact [email protected].
Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for your first name, last name, company or website, work email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your program. Submitting the form sends that information to us by email so we can reply. The form does not store submissions in a database on this website.
If you book a call, you provide your details to our scheduling provider rather than to this website directly. See “Third-party services” below.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log information when a page is requested, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is used to keep the site running securely and is not used to build a profile of you.
How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss and deliver work together.
- To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor-tracking scripts. WordPress may set cookies for people who log in to administer the site, and our scheduling provider may set its own cookies when its booking tool loads on the contact page.
If we add analytics or similar tools later, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for consent first.
Third-party services
A small number of third parties are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy, and we recommend reading them if that matters to you:
- Our web host, which stores the site and its server logs.
- Calendly, which powers the booking tool embedded on the contact page. When that tool loads, Calendly may receive your IP address and set cookies, and any booking details you enter go to Calendly.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site. Requesting a font sends your IP address to Google.
- Our email provider, which delivers and stores the messages sent through the contact form.
How long we keep information
Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept in our email for as long as they are useful for the conversation and for our business records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host. If you would like us to delete an enquiry you sent us, email us and we will.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to the enquiries we receive is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this website.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.
International visitors
We operate from the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law where you live.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the business changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the effective date above shows when it last changed.
Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy can be sent to [email protected].
